Came to GVEDC on December 12, 1998 from the staff of Congressman Nick J. Rahall, II, after 12 years as District Representative/Federal Programs Coordinator. Attended Bluefield State College and West Virginia College of Graduate Studies (Marshall University). Completed Georgia Tech’s Basic Economic Development Course, University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute, and Virginia Tech’s World Trade Institute. Member of the International Economic Development Council, the Southern Economic Development Council, Board Member of the West Virginia Economic Development Council, and Board Member for the West Virginia Micro Enterprise Development Association, President of the Connected Technologies Corridors Program, Advisory Council for the Rahall Transportation Institute at Marshall University, board member of the Greenbrier, Monroe and Pocahontas Counties Farmland Protection Boards, and a member of the Lewisburg Rotary Club. |
